Bali International Cinema Festival (BICIF) collaborates with Minikino through the S-Express Indonesia 2026 and S-Express Vietnam 2026 programs, celebrating the diversity and creative spirit of Southeast Asian cinema through short films.
This cross-cultural program exchange creates a platform for filmmakers and audiences to discover stories from across the region, offering fresh perspectives on local identities, cultural experiences, and contemporary social realities. By bringing Indonesian and Vietnamese short films into a shared cinematic space, the collaboration encourages dialogue, cultural exchange, and a deeper appreciation of Southeast Asia’s evolving film landscape.
